What is Establish?
Establish is the stage where Three Bulls puts the right systems in place across four pillars — IT + Technology, Cyber Foundations, Digital Presence, and Early Automation. Each pillar works standalone, and all of them are sharper once a Groundwork audit has defined what the business actually needs.
Can I choose just one pillar, or do I have to do all four?
Every pillar is available standalone. You can start with just IT setup, just cyber foundations, just your digital presence, or just early automation — whichever is the priority. Most clients get more value when the work is aligned to Groundwork findings, but no pillar requires the others.
What does "Cyber Foundations" actually cover?
